How soon will you ship?

As soon as we receive your payment, we will book space on the first available ship. After that, we will fax you the shipping documents ready to present at the port of arrival.

What is the FOB price?
|
FOB price means 'freight on board'. The cost of the vehicle and all expenses are paid in Thailand. However, you will have to pay the freight costs when the vehicle reaches your destination.

What is C&F price?
|
This is the cost and freight. All expenses, cost of vehicle and freight are included in this price.

Is each vehicle fully insured?
|
We include the cost of full insurance in the vehicle price. For about $US40 to insure a vehicle, it makes sense to protect your investment, and it doesn't cost you anything for this peace of mind.

What documents to you provide?
|
After we have received your full payment, and the car is shipped we send the documents by EMS, the fastest post office courier in Thailand. However, EMS may not available to some countries. In that case documents can be sent by DHL.
The documents consist of an Invoice, Bill of Lading, Car de-registration export certificate and its English translation, your car insurance policy and a certificate from our company that contains the car condition and all accessories on the car confirmed by the insurance company. Based on this document, if something is missing you can submit a claim to the insurance company.

If we go to Thailand, can you take us to auctions and help us buy cars?
|
Yes, we welcome all customers interested in coming to Thailand. We will provide pickup and drop serviceto and from the airport. However, we do not have any accomodation. You can use our online hotel booking service. Click on the link on the menu. After you book your room, send us the booking details and we will confirm it personally for you.
We will take care of you during your stay too. We will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the auction where you can buy your vehicles. We charge a small commission on each vehicle you buy.

How can I be sure your quality is reliable?
|
All cars we buy are given a thorough check by professionals before we buy to ensure they have not been involved in an accident. Later they are checked by our mechanics.
We only deal in vehicles up to 10 years old. Each one must be in perfect running order, brakes, steering and gears are checked thoroughly to ensure they work.
